I will still recommend Windows 7 but Windows 10 has shown something new, because of the fact that it supports DirectX 12 it can run all low end games on slow speeds and some of them without any problem. The downloading part takes a lot of time and has chances of failure so I suggest that you buy it. Windows 7 All In One 32bit ISO OR Windows 7 All In One 64bit ISO.
